We are honored to have been able to help The Woodmark Group help achieve its goal of cultivating the best fundraising practices among its members. The Woodmark Group sought the iSchool because of an information problem. Their resource sharing platform before the project was failing in many areas including ease of use, consistent engagement, searchability, and overall managability from the staff's perspective.

Stakeholders

David is a Major Gifts Officer at Seattle Children’s Hospital. David’s job consists of fundraising activities designed to acquire new donors, renew and upgrade current donors, and provide budgetary support for ongoing programs. This process is also intended to build donor loyalty and identify major gifts prospects. In order to improve David’s workflow, the Woodmark Exchange allows him to connect with colleagues across Woodmark’s network to share best practices and collaborate on joint fundraising projects.

Rona is the Learning Strategy Coordinator at The Woodmark Group. Her daily workflow includes working with cohort chairs to facilitate discussion and cultivate best practices across all areas of fundraising. The Woodmark Exchange allows Rona to easily access the member directory, compile best practices, and schedule cohort calls.
